Where is my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/promotions folder and ensure you are using the same email address that was associated with your order.

My order didn’t arrive. What can I do?
If your order did not arrive, check the tracking number that was sent via email. That will show if the order has been delivered or if there is an issue with the carrier. If the order says “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with the carrier.
The most common reason for this is if you entered the wrong shipping address when the order was placed. If that occurs, PSYCHLE is not responsible for the misdelivered package.
After you have reached out to the carrier you can reach out to our customer support for additional assistance with lost or missing orders.
Can I make changes to an order?
Once your order is placed, we can no longer make any changes. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at psychle2go@gmail.com
If you notice an error with your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully update an address error before our fulfillment team pulls the order.
The shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
Why was I charged an international processing fee?
We are headquartered in Canada so there is a chance that your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee, although this is very rare and usually seen only with smaller banks. We have no control over whether or not this fee is added to your order, and are not alerted when the fee is charged.
At your request, we are happy to refund this fee with proof.
For the vast majority of customers, this shouldn't present itself as an issue.
My package arrived damaged. What can I do?
If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us at psychle2go@gmai.com with photos of the package.
We will be happy to make things right!
Wrong or incomplete address?
If your package is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete, incorrect, unclaimed, or failed mail forwarding address, you can then choose a refund for the product less the original shipping charge or we can ship the product to the new address for an additional shipping charge.
Should you refuse an order and it is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product after subtracting the original shipping charge and any additional return charges incurred.
We are not responsible for any lost orders if the incorrect or incomplete address is provided at the time of checkout.
This Wrong or Incomplete Address policy is subject to change without notice. PSYCHLE reserves the right to determine the outcome of each individual request.
Delayed or lost order?
Carriers may experience delays in shipping and longer than-expected shipping times during high-volume purchasing events and around the holiday season. Delays with carriers are out of our control.
Our shipping partners make successful deliveries the great majority of the time. Unfortunately, some orders could be lost or damaged in transit.
An order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 consecutive business days without a tracking update.
Occasionally shipping carriers will mark packages as 'delivered' before delivery takes place. If you find your tracking shows delivered but your package has not yet arrived, please wait 5 additional business days from the date of delivery for the package to arrive before contacting us.
Can I take too much?
There are no toxic levels associated with the use of functional mushrooms. If you would like to consume more than the recommended dose listed on the package, we do suggest that you consult your qualified healthcare practitioner for guidance if mixing the mushrooms with prescription drugs.
Do I take my mushrooms daily?
It is recommended to PSYCHLE mushroom supplements consistently and daily in order to let your body adapt to the beneficial compounds and feel each benefit.
As always, it is important to consult with your qualified healthcare practitioner when mixing mushrooms with prescription drugs.
What’s the best time of day to take my mushrooms?
There are no specific recommendations on when to consume each mushroom. It is mainly personal preference and listening to how your body responds to each mushroom.
For example, some people may find they need to consume Cordyceps or Lion’s Mane in the morning as it gives them too much energy and brain stimuli late at night, while others can take it late at night with no issues.
Should I take them on an empty stomach or with food?
Our products can be taken with or without other foods. For our powders, we recommend mixing ours into other foods (smoothies, coffees/teas, and other recipes), as this is a great way to hide any earthy or bitter flavours from the mushrooms.
Can I take multiple together?
Mushrooms are known to work synergistically, meaning they may accomplish more together than alone. So depending on the benefits you are looking to achieve, this will help to guide you on the best mushrooms to use together.
